Our services
Aurapaz provides online nutrition consultations and educational wellness content with Anusha Prateek, a nutritionist and wellness consultant. Sessions are conducted online via Zoom or Google Meet. There are no in-person sessions and no clinic.
Who may use this site
The site is intended for adults. Consultations for children are arranged and attended by a parent or guardian, who provides the child’s information and remains responsible for decisions taken on the child’s behalf.
Booking and payment
Consultations are booked online and may require a deposit or full payment to confirm your slot. Payments are processed via Razorpay or Stripe. Fees are quoted before you confirm, and we do not store your card details.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please reschedule or cancel at least 24 hours before your appointment. Late cancellations or no-shows may forfeit the deposit. If we need to cancel or move a session, you will be offered an alternative slot or a refund of anything you have paid for it.
What we need from you
Nutrition guidance is only as good as the information behind it. You agree to give accurate details about your health, allergies, pregnancy, medication and history, and to tell us if any of it changes. We are not responsible for outcomes that follow from information you did not share.
Not a substitute for medical care
Our nutrition guidance supports general wellness only. It is not medical diagnosis or treatment and does not replace advice from your doctor. We do not diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.
