Information we collect
Contact details you provide (name, email, phone), health and lifestyle information you share for consultations, booking details, and payment information processed by our payment partners. We also collect basic analytics such as pages visited and device type.
Health information
Health information you share with us, including symptoms, diagnosed conditions, medications and any blood reports you choose to send, is treated as special category personal data. We collect and process it only with your explicit consent, given when you submit the consultation form, and only to prepare and deliver your nutrition plan. You can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing info@aurapaz.com, and we will delete the health information we hold for you.
How we use your information
To schedule and deliver nutrition consultations, respond to enquiries, process payments, send relevant updates you have asked for, and improve our website. We do not sell your personal data.
Payments
Payments are handled by Razorpay (India) and Stripe (international). Your card details are processed securely by these providers and are not stored on our servers.
Third-party services
We use Cal.com for scheduling and Zoom or Google Meet for online sessions. These services have their own privacy policies. Session notes are kept confidential.
Cookies
Aurapaz uses cookies, which are small text files stored on your device, to make the site work, understand how it is used, and (where advertising is enabled) to show relevant ads. You can control or delete cookies in your browser settings at any time. Disabling some cookies may affect how the site works.
No advertising cookie is set for a visitor in the EEA, the UK or Switzerland without that visitor’s consent. Consent is collected through a Google certified consent management platform before any advertising or other non-essential cookie is placed, and it can be changed or withdrawn at any time through the same control.

Affiliate and recommended products
Aurapaz sells no products and stocks no supplements, and this site currently carries no affiliate links, so nothing recommended here earns us a commission. If that ever changes, the affiliate relationship will be disclosed on the page it appears on and this policy will be updated before any such link goes live.
Data retention and your rights
We keep consultation records, including any health information, for three years after your last session, after which they are deleted. Enquiries that do not lead to a consultation are deleted within twelve months. Analytics data is retained for fourteen months. Where the law requires us to keep a record for longer, for example a payment record for tax purposes, we keep only that record and only for the period required. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your data by contacting us.
Children
Children’s nutrition consultations are arranged through a parent or guardian, who provides and controls the child’s information.
