Get in Touch

Let's talk.

Questions before booking? Message me on WhatsApp, send an email, or call. It comes straight to me, and I usually reply within one business day.

Three Ways

How to reach me

Aurapaz is a one person practice, so there is no form to disappear into and no ticket number. Pick whichever suits you. If you are not sure whether nutrition support is the right fit for what you are dealing with, just ask, an honest answer costs you nothing.

Already decided? Skip the questions and book a time.

Book a Consultation

Consultations are online worldwide, over Zoom or Google Meet, in English, Hindi or Telugu. You can also follow the practice on Instagram.

What Happens Next

After you get in touch

Aurapaz is a one person practice. There is no call centre and no sales team, so the person reading your message is the same nutritionist who would actually work with you. That keeps things slower than a big clinic, but it also means nothing gets lost in a handover.

📩

I read your message properly

Not a template reply. I read what you have written, and if something is unclear I will ask before suggesting anything. If your situation needs a doctor rather than a nutritionist, I will tell you that too.

💬

You get an honest answer within a day

I will explain whether nutrition support is likely to help, what working together would involve, and roughly how long it usually takes to see a change. If I am not the right person for your concern, I will say so plainly.

📅

Only then, if it fits, we book

There is no pressure to book from a first message. Plenty of people write in with a single question, get an answer, and go on their way. That is genuinely fine.

Helpful To Know

What to include in your message

You do not need to write an essay, and you should never share more than you are comfortable with. That said, a few details help me give you a useful reply instead of a vague one:

  • Who the support is for, yourself, your child, or a parent, and their rough age.
  • The main thing you would like to change, for example energy, digestion, weight or a fussy eater.
  • How long it has been going on.
  • Anything a nutritionist genuinely needs to know, such as a diagnosed condition, allergy or regular medication.
  • Your time zone, so I can suggest a slot that actually suits you.

Please do not send detailed medical reports or scans in a first message. If they become relevant, I will tell you exactly what is useful and how to share it safely.

FAQ

Before you reach out

I aim to reply to every message within one business day. For anything urgent, WhatsApp is fastest. If you emailed and have not heard back after two working days, please do check your spam folder, and then try WhatsApp.
No. Aurapaz is fully online, so I can support clients anywhere in the world via Zoom or Google Meet. Everything, including your plan and follow ups, is handled remotely.
Consultations are available in English, Hindi, and Telugu. You are welcome to write to me in any of the three.
No. Writing to me here is just an enquiry, and it does not commit you to anything. If you would rather go straight to booking, use the consultation page and fill in the booking form there.
Because a form is the one route that can quietly fail. If a server email does not arrive, neither of us finds out. WhatsApp, email and a phone call all leave you holding a copy of what you sent, so you can see it went. The booking form on the consultation page is different: it saves your details before any email is sent, so nothing depends on delivery.
I am happy to answer a general question, and often do. What I cannot do responsibly is build a personalised plan over email, because that needs a proper conversation about your history, routine and preferences. Anything genuinely tailored belongs in a consultation.
It is used only to reply to you and, if you go ahead, to prepare your plan. It is never sold or shared for marketing. You can read the full detail in the Privacy Policy, and you can ask me to delete your details at any time.
Yes, and for anything medical that is exactly how it should work. Nutrition guidance supports your treatment, it does not replace it. Please keep taking any prescribed medication and keep your doctor in the loop.
