How It Works

What working together looks like

Whichever service you come for, the process is the same. I do not hand out pre-written diet charts, because a plan that ignores your kitchen, your budget and your working hours is a plan you will abandon in a fortnight.

🗣

1. We talk properly

A full conversation about your health history, current eating, sleep, stress, medication and what you have already tried. This is usually where the real problem shows up, and it is rarely the one people expect.

📋

2. I build your plan around your real life

Built on foods you already eat and can actually buy locally, whether that is a South Indian kitchen, a vegetarian household or a family juggling school runs. Practical portions, realistic timings, and swaps rather than bans.

🔄

3. We adjust as you go

Bodies and schedules change, so plans should too. Follow ups let us see what is working, drop what is not, and troubleshoot the awkward bits like travel, festivals, exams or shift work.

🤝

4. Alongside your doctor, never instead of them

If you have a diagnosed condition, nutrition works as a partner to your medical care. I will never ask you to stop prescribed medication, and I will refer you back to your doctor when something falls outside my scope.

Being Clear

Who this is, and is not, for

Honesty saves everyone time, so it is worth saying plainly who tends to get the most out of working with me.

A good fit if you

  • Want to understand why a change works, not just be handed rules.
  • Are willing to make small adjustments consistently over weeks, not days.
  • Are looking for support with growth, energy, digestion, hormones or sustainable weight change.
  • Want food that still fits your culture and your family table.

Probably not the right fit if you

  • Are looking for a rapid crash diet or a guaranteed number on the scale by a fixed date.
  • Want supplements or meal-replacement products sold to you. I do not sell any.
  • Need urgent medical care, or treatment for an eating disorder, which needs a specialist clinical team.
FAQ

Questions about services

Everything is online, via Zoom or Google Meet, so I can work with families anywhere in the world. Your plan and follow ups are shared digitally.
It depends entirely on the concern. Digestion and energy often shift within a couple of weeks. Growth, hormonal balance and sustainable weight change are slower and are better judged over two to three months. Anyone promising faster than that is guessing.
No. Blanket bans are the quickest route to giving up. I work with the foods you already eat, adjusting portions, combinations and timing so the plan survives real life, including festivals and eating out.
No, and that is deliberate. I have no product to push, so any suggestion I make is based on what you need rather than what I would earn from. If a supplement is genuinely warranted, I will tell you what to look for and you buy it yourself.
In many cases yes, as nutrition support alongside your medical treatment, for example with anaemia, PCOD, or diabetes. What I do not do is diagnose, treat or replace your doctor's care. Please keep your treating doctor involved.
Yes, this is my main area. Fussy eating is usually about routine, pressure and exposure rather than willpower, and it responds far better to a calm structured approach than to bargaining at the table.
Complementary

Cupping (complementary)

Alongside nutrition, I offer complementary cupping (fire, classic dry, and glide oil) as a supportive add-on, never a standalone treatment.
